In alignment with business objectives, the incumbent will provide expert insight and analysis to define core products and oversee the launch lifecycle of products from conceptualization, roadmap to launch.Responsibilities

  • Act as the main conduit between our business, development and operations team to create synergies between the departments towards common goals
  • Support the development and execution of a clear, well-defined product vision, strategy and roadmap.
  • Be the domain expert of company offerings, business and platform logic and understand the relationships between various internal processes and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and oversee the execution of products and innovation initiatives to completion.
  • Draft market intelligence reports based on insights from industry sources to provide information expertise to leadership for decision making.
  • Conduct targeted research on market trends and competitor strategies to provide insights towards the development of our product strategy and unique selling propositions.
  • Define, monitor, and analyze product metrics and leverage data intelligence from our customer support team, operations processes and external sources to refine our product development and partner strategies.
  • Demonstrate understanding and assist in developing first level proposals for pricing strategies, price point differentiation and special rates for business competitiveness and profitability.
  • Foster solid relationships with internal stakeholders in Technology, Operations, Member Experience and Finance.
  • Be the first point of contact for product development for the technology team, sharing insights and data needed to create our technology roadmap and product.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a logistics and ecommerce environment with exposure to SAAS or high technology development.
  • Masters in Business/Technology or equivalent experience
  • Fluent in spoken and written English; French language would be an asset
  • Competent business and financial acumen with an understanding of P&L statements
  • Creative problem solver with a knack for data analysis
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Highly motivated and self disciplined
  • Good understanding of technology development pipeline
  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt to a fast paced environment
  • Adapts to a fast changing and ambiguous environment
