Job Description SummarySTEMCELL is continuing to grow with an exciting opening in our Pricing team! As a Program Manager, Digital Catalogs you will be responsible for data and change management practice, leveraging your analytic and problem-solving skills. If you love working with big data sets and have a knack for process improvement, this role will give you an opportunity to work cross-functionally with teams including but not limited to Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Information Systems. You will support timely and accurate information gathering and coordination to keep STEMCELL’s catalog and pricing details current and competitive. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career in data science, marketing, or program management.Job DescriptionDuties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Pricing and eCommerce teams to plan for, and coordinate the implementation and routine maintenance of, digital catalogs to ensure a positive customer purchasing experience
  • Ensure prices, product visibility, and discounts are accurately maintained on internal pricing databases and up to date in relevant eProcurement sites, marketplaces, and punchout web stores.
  • Collaborate as the pricing representative on cross departmental projects to ensure product, pricing and discounts related data are understood and documented
  • Continuously evaluate existing processes within the digital catalogs team, present recommendations for changes, and take responsibility for implementing approved changes
  • Develop, implement, and maintain processes for the customer and platform specific promotions on various eCommerce channels.
Knowledge and Qualifications
  • Minimum BSc in cell biology, or other life science field, or MSc in data science, computer science, economics, or other degree with a focus on product placement and marketing in eCommerce environment
  • Minimum 3-4 years relevant experience in marketing functions such as pricing, promotions, customer experience or product management
  • Proven business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with large, complex, datasets, with advanced knowledge of Spreadsheet applications
  • Proven ability to communicate and present recommendations to senior management using Presentation applications
