We’re responsible for the all-up strategy, financial operations, and delivery methodologies across our technology enterprise. We work with our technology and business partners to ensure lululemon is delivering best-in-class technology via process that delight our partners.A day in the life:Reporting to the Director of Technology Portfolio & Program Management, the Program Manager is integral to the successful delivery of Technology projects and programs. They work closely with our project, program and portfolio managers as well as business partners and Technology leadership to manage the tools, methodology, and processes used from business case initiation through project closure.Responsibilities include:

  • Work with the EPPM team to establish and communicate standards and best practices for project delivery
  • Support quarterly, annual and strategic planning processes led by our portfolio managers
  • Provide Agile team training and coaching to project teams
  • Establish and provide guidance for Technology wide Centres of Excellence (COE’s) and Community of Practices (COP’s)
  • Responsible for financial operations of multiple technology teams in excess of $10M.
  • Provide standard and ad hoc reporting to Technology leadership and business stakeholders to support decision-making
  • Create and contribute to Sharepoint, Confluence and PowerPoint decks for relevant topics and presentation
  • Support with driving priority/business decisions at the enterprise level
  • Facilitate key team meetings
  • Present regularly to Technology & Business leaders for updates on enterprise initiatives
  • Support in the roll out of our Technology Portfolio Management System
  • Continuously seek out opportunities to drive efficiencies and improvements to project operations functions
Qualifications:
  • Post secondary education in computer science, electrical/software engineering or business administration
  • 10+ years of project/program management experience
  • Experience working in a technology organization
  • Experience working with and establishing both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact with all levels of the organization
