What is important is that you remain humble, you laugh a little, you learn, and together we find a way to succeed.Diversity, inclusion and belonging is one of our core values and as we expand we’re committed to finding talented people from a wide range of backgrounds, experiences and perspectives.Click here to learn about our hiring process at Penny.RolePenny AI is seeking a charismatic and highly skilled Project Manager to join our team.As a Project Manager you own the responsibility for the successful completion of a project, from development through to market release, making sure that all tasks are completed seamlessly and meet stakeholders’ expectations.The Project Manager will lead a cross-functional team of designers, software engineers, marketing, and customer care professionals to identify and execute the required tasks for successful project completion.The successful candidate needs to be able to understand the nuances of different projects and stakeholders, have a knack for identifying potential roadblocks and challenges, and be flexible in their approach based on the specific project or client requirements.This position will be primarily focused on new client integrations, working with the client and the Integration Project team throughout the project lifecycle, so impeccable communication and organization skills are a must. We’re looking for someone who gets excited about seeing all the pieces of a project come together and helps motivate and excite the rest of the team throughout the process. It’s all about building strong relationships with clients and exemplifying the Penny values to celebrate wins, surprise and delight our clients, communicate compassionately and with sincerity, and to go that extra mile!RequirementsRequired Experience:

  • Industry-specific knowledge or skills is not required, however, having some industry-specific SAAS product development experience is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated completion of formal project management training is required.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a client and executive facing project management role
