Project Manager Renovations are responsible for providing project management expertise for renovations projects, with necessary oversight and direction to cross-discipline team members working with the office and site-based employees. Duties include; creating and monitoring project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures, organizing and participating in meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines and budgets are met in a timely manner. Some travel is required.To be successful as a Project Manager, you will need to be able to work on tight deadlines, be competent in using Office 365, have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, have problem-solving, and prioritization skills and have the ability to seamlessly move from active project to active project.Key Accountabilities:
