Job Description

EBC is positioned as a true leader in this sector. Our range of specialized services has made our reputation in Canada.The Project Services Coordinator will :

  • Assist the PRoject Services and BIM/VDC team in providing support services for various established BIM/VDC tools (models/schedules/estimates/documents);
  • Conduct research on innovative products and perform testing;
  • Implement, initiate, and monitor BIM/VDC tools on construction sites;
  • Structure and address project data at tender, operations, and claim phases;
  • Assist with quantity take-offs;
  • Coordinator models, oversee the coordination process, ensure model capability, model types, and model interoperability;
  • Implement and administrate common data environment platforms;
  • Teach and audit to ensure compliance with standards and management plans;
  • Distribute tasks, as required, to members and specialists within the Project Services Team;
  • Provide training, support and service related to the coordination of data on the collaboration platforms and other tools;
  • Optimize monitoring tools for department management;
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent;
  • Experience in site operations, submissions and project completion;
  • Understanding of construction workflows in the civil field;
  • Knowledge of BIM/VDC processes;
  • Mastery of the ACC platform is required;
  • Interest in innovation;
  • Basic modeling software proficiency;
  • Programing skills (PowerBI, PowerQuery), considered an asset;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Bilingual - Written and oral fluency, in French and English.
