This is not your typical front desk role — you’ll be responsible for supporting over 200 clients with a wide range of reception, administrative, and coordination services.You’ll manage a busy multi-line switchboard, handle high volumes of mail and courier services, coordinate meeting spaces, and maintain vital office procedures. Accuracy, professionalism, and the ability to prioritize tasks independently are essential to success in this role.Our office operates in a traditional business environment with professional dress expectations and a combination of both modern and legacy administrative systems.
