We need heroes like you to help bring houses back to pre-loss condition and get families back in their homes.Who we are: For over 25 years, Incredible Restorations has been a team of professionals dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and the highest quality workmanship in Flood Restoration and Emergency Services across the Lower Mainland.As an industry leader, it’s our duty to assist our customers with the highest level of professionalism and customer service. Our job is to handle stressful situations when water is damaging our customers property - building materials, furniture, and prized possessions. We pride ourselves on our ability to deliver excellent service throughout the mitigation and reconstruction process.Who we are looking for: As a Receptionist at our Head Office, you will be tasked with handling inbound calls/emails, greeting visitors and assisting our Operations Team with day-to-day tasks. In order to be successful in this role, you’ll need to be an efficient self-starter with an ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. You’re a brilliant problem solver, highly organized, have exceptional communication and experience in an office environment preferably with construction or service-based background.The Receptionist is responsible for the following duties:

  • Creating high levels of customer satisfaction by exceeding their expectations in day-to-day communication and engagement with Incredible Restorations;
  • Receiving, screening and forwarding inbound phone calls and emails, collecting information from inquiring party and forwarding to relevant party;
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email;
  • Making outbound phone calls / composing emails to relevant parties;
  • Oversee the collection, entry and management of relevant customer information into multiple software platforms;
  • Greeting visitors to our office, including receiving deliveries and handling pick-ups and drop-offs from clients, subcontractors, etc.;
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Receive and prepare additional documentation such as daily project updates,
  • Maintaining cloud-based project files;
  • Assisting the Remediation Manager and Scheduling Coordinator with any other duties as required.
The successful candidate should possess the following skills and experience:
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role (1-2 years);
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook;
  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with clients, visitors, and fellow team members, exhibiting diplomacy and tact;
  • Hands-on experience with multi-line phone systems and office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers);
  • Professional attitude and appearance;
  • Superior verbal communication skills and excellent command of the English language;
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise;
  • Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills;
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks;
  • Positive and outgoing customer service attitude.
