Compensation: $22-28 hourlyEmployment type: full-time*PLEASE FORWARD RESUME*Looking for roof cleaning and exterior maintenance technicians. Lead Technician / Driver needed and technicians.Duties include:- Roof cleaning/moss removal- Gutter cleaning- Window cleaning using water-fed poles- Siding & exterior house washing- Setting up and using ropes & harnessesRegular ladder use required of up to 36 feet, being comfortable with heights required.Clean driving record & valid drivers license required to drive work vehicle.Being able to work with a crew safely & responsibly without supervision as well as being an independent self-starter is key.Training provided, but at least 6 months experience in at least one of these areas required:- Pressure washing- Roof cleaning- Window cleaning- Gutter cleaningClimbing or rope experience an asset, roof cleaning experience will be prioritized.Ongoing training in first aid and fall protection provided to long-term employees.
