Job Description

Artona is driven by creating world-class images of life achievements through continuous growth, fun, and innovation.We are hiring a Sales Administrator to help the Sales Team and coordinate with Artona’s customers. This role is responsible for communicating directly with school administration and personnel, as well as each department within Artona.Artona has a peak season, August - November, which requires multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment.We offer a flexible work environment, giving you the choice to work remotely or, if you prefer an office environment, we have that too! Our headquarters in Vancouver is always open to those who want to spend the day working and collaborating. Responsibilities include:

  • With the help of Artona’s sales team, build and maintain our main photography calendar.
  • Receive regular inbound requests from Artona’s sales team and assign tasks accordingly.
  • Regular weekly tasks such as:
    • Creating financial aid coupons for students
    • Updated the CRM updated with current accounts and contacts
    • Attending bi-weekly sales and team leader meetings
    • Helping with onboarding new accounts
    • Monitoring and updating service item quantities on the necessary platforms
  • Keep detailed notes of customer interactions in CRM and other necessary platforms.
  • As Artona continues to grow, tasks and responsibilities often change seasonally so flexibility is key!
Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Comfortable with technology and strong computer skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong attention to data integrity and management.
  • Ability to pivot to most pertinent responsibilities.
