Job Description

DescriptionAs an SDR, you will help us identify our most valuable target markets and uniquely position our platform to them. Your mission is to reach SMB (small and medium business) direct to consumer ecommerce brands who are scaling their business with competitive insights.To succeed, you will need strong hustle, creative thinking and the ability to wear many hats. With our support, you will effectively maintain a strong pipeline of sales leads that will convert into paying customers. Prepare for takeoff!Your Role

  • Identify, nurture and grow a pipeline of interested prospects
  • Qualify leads through initial phone and email contact
  • Articulate Rocketbrew’s value proposition to ecommerce, digital marketing and merchandising professionals
  • Identify prospective leads through creative research methods
  • Partner with sales executives to strategize your approach
  • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to drive opportunity
  • Respond to inbound interest and qualify fit for Rocketbrew’s solution through discovery calls
  • Work with product team to convey feedback on prospect requirements and demand gen strategies
  • Manage, track, and report on all activities and results using a CRM tool
  • Provide additional sales and product team support on an ad hoc/as needed basis
Education and Experience
  • Previous experience in sales, specifically cold outreaches
  • Writes and speaks clearly and confidently
  • Efficient at researching organizations to build prospect lists
  • Takes initiative to learn, solve new challenges and deliver tasks at the next level quickly
  • A great attitude and love for teamwork
  • Familiarity with: Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or similar tools
  • Ready to excel in a startup environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent
  • Bonus points for knowing all things ecommerce
