Job Description

Role: Sales Manager, Canada, ILSC and Greystone CollegeReporting to: Sales Director, Canada, ILSC and Greystone CollegePlace of Employment: Toronto, ONDescription:The Sales Manager, Canada, ILSC and Greystone College is part of ILSC’s global Sales and Marketing team. The remit of the role is to enable sales targets for Canada to be achieved through effective collaboration with team members based both in Canada and overseas. Within this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for supporting, managing and growing our network of partner resale agents within the Greater Toronto Area. The ideal candidate will bring their experiences working with agencies, schools, and universities to identify, encourage, and support the enrollment of students into language and vocational programs. They will be a personable and persuasive communicator, results-oriented, highly ethical, a great team player, and seeking an opportunity to grow within a world-leading organization in international education.The Sales Manager, Canada, ILSC and Greystone College is a full-time, salary position with 37.5 hours of work per week. The position will begin with daytime hours, Monday to Friday, but hours may vary and require flexibility. The position offers the flexibility of a hybrid work model, allowing the selected candidate to split their time between remote work, and work on campus at 443 University Ave, Toronto, Ontario.Job Duties: The job duties of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Strengthen and expand ILSC’s network of Canada based onshore agencies within the Greater Toronto Area by working in close collaboration with the respective sales and operations teams
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales Director, Canada and Sales team colleagues to ensure that enrolment targets are exceeded. This will be achieved both by opening new agreements and increasing volumes from existing partners.
  • Research, analyze, develop, and manage sales plans and strategies
  • Promote ILSC Education Group through effective:
    • Presentation skills
    • Materials
    • Seminars and fairs
    • Pricing strategies
    • Training of our agents
    • Data mining
  • Coordination of agent visits within our Toronto and Montreal centers and sharing of agent information and feedback via ILSC’s CRM
  • Actively listen to our clients’ needs and share it with the management in a timely manner
  • Report on agents’ performance as well as economic factors that affect enrollment numbers
  • Proactively manage ILSC Education Groups reputation within the Greater Toronto Area
  • Actively facilitate feedback loop internally and externally
  • Respond to general agent inquiries within the Greater Toronto Area within one business day
  • Travel to attend recruitment and promotion activities, to build long lasting relationships with stakeholders
  • Other duties and project as per the direction of the Sales Director, Canada

Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes:
  • Formal education in marketing, business, communications, or related field (not mandatory)
  • 3+ years of experience in the international education/recruitment industry
  • Willingness and ability to travel
  • Strong knowledge and experience of Education in Canada
  • Experience with pathway providers
  • Existing network and relationships within the education industry
  • Eligibility to work in the hiring location without sponsorship
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A self-starter who works well individually and in groups
