Job Description

TT Acquisition is a Promotional Marketing and Advertising firm located in Vancouver. We are currently looking to hire a Sales Representative to help us achieve our goal of enhancing the consumer experience. Partnering with some of Canada’s most well known brands, we create, develop and maintain long lasting relationships with our customers by creating an unforgettable customer interaction. None of this work would be possible without our Sales Representative team. Without their abilities we would not be successful. We are seeking a candidate that is people-oriented, thrives under pressure, and is driven by achieving results. Our company culture is composed of competitive individuals who are passionate about the work they do.Job Duties:

  • Quickly and thoroughly learn marketing portfolio of clients.
  • Deliver personalized product and service recommendations with the customer #39;s wants and needs at the forefront
  • Manage consumer and client relationships.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns utilizing active listening skills, professionalism, and a high level of emotional intelligence

Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a sales, customer service, retail or hospitality environment
  • Timely and dependable; You possess a reputation as always being on time and prepared
  • Confidence in your ability to overcome challenges and achieve personal and professional goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and conduct
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high energy environment where creativity, proactivity, and teamwork are essential
