We promote their performance with professional training programmes and diverse career prospects.What awaits you:Service 3-5 department store branches located in the Vancouver area building rapport with key management.Assist customers with your in-depth product knowledge and effective selling techniques while providing outstanding customer service.Implement seasonal floor plans and maintain visual merchandising standards.Replenish stock on the selling floors and maintain the cleanliness of the displays.Execute directives for upcoming promotions and incentives.Train store personnel on the benefits of Villeroy & Boch products including information about new introductions, discontinuations, product availability, merchandising standards, selling techniques and upcoming promotions.Participate in in-store bridal events and other special events.Provide regular feedback to your manager about customer trends, requests, stock, quality issues, floor moves, monthly calendar and photos of displays.Work 24 hours per week.What we expect:You have a minimum of one year of experience in retail, merchandising or the tabletop industry.You have excellent skills in the areas of communication, presentation, interpersonal relationships, time management, organization and analysis.You have a home computer or laptop with effective WiFi service and a mobile phone and email address that can all be used to perform tasks associated with your role.Microsoft Word and Excel are standard tools for you.Your currently live in the Vancouver area and your schedule is flexible allowing you to work weekends or evenings and travel within the territory as required.You are currently authorized to work in Canada and ready to begin work in Vancouver soon.
