Job Description

Rove Concepts is an online high-end, mid-century modern furniture business located in the heart of Vancouver, BC. We are people-focused and love to train the right individual, so if you believe you have the characteristics listed below, wed love to hear from you.Department ObjectivesRove Concepts Sales & Customer Care Team’s objective is to maximize sales opportunities through phone, chat, and e-Commerce channels. At the same time, we answer customer requests in a prompt and respectable manner while maintaining a high level of service at every touch-point.We are looking for confident individuals with enthusiastic, friendly, and motivated personalities. Ideally, this person would have a passion for building client relationships in tandem with an interest in furniture and design.Kindly note that our operations are 7 days a week, including public holidays and weekends, all candidates are considered on open availability.Responsibilities

  • Always aim to deliver an outstanding customer experience to elevate Rove Concepts through Phone, Email, and Chat
  • Develop and build a customer-centric environment with a focus on purchase to final mile delivery.
  • Demonstrate conflict resolution and interpersonal skills in order to help deescalated customer issues while being empathetic in tone and demeanor.
  • Ensure timely, one-touch resolution with all customers.
  • Maximize sales during key periods (aka. Black Friday)
  • Dedication to customer success; you will aim to always go above and beyond, and you won’t stop until you’ve found a great solution for our customers
  • Report online issues to ensure constant improvement to roveconcepts.com or other systems or processes
  • Other administrative tasks as the business require (aka. Warehouse Sales, Etc.)
  • Be knowledgeable of Rove Concepts product offerings and services to customers when appropriate.
  • Communicate the quality of Rove Concepts and be product proud.
  • Stay on top of the top-selling items, new items, and core items.
What youll need:
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptionally strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an ability to clearly identify strategic issues and make tough decisions
  • Ability to inspire, engage, and motivate teams to achieve results and success
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication (written, spoken, presentation) skills
  • Out-of-the-box thinker and problem solver with resourcefulness and can-do attitude
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and a roll-up-the-sleeves work ethic - must be comfortable with ambiguity and rapid rates of change
