Who we needReporting to the Director Human Resources, Lab Services North America, we are hiring a Senior Human Resources Business Partner. As an active member of the Canadian HR leadership team, you will blend strategy with hands-on execution to support building high-performing teams throughout the organization. Fostering trusting partnerships across the business, you will drive impactful talent strategies aligned with company objectives and act as a trusted adviser to help them drive success in performance optimization, employee relations, engagement, talent development, and more.
