What you will be doing:
  • Consistently offer thoughtful, professional, and proactive guest service
  • Ensure service essentials, quality, and service standards are met throughout the guest experience, from arrival to departure
  • Set up mise en place, side stations, tables, and table settings according to standards
  • Support colleagues during service to ensure a consistent guest experience, including running food, refreshing beverages, and cleaning/resetting tables
  • Maintain a clean, inviting, and consistent dining room atmosphere by setting furniture and tables appropriately
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of beverage lists, promotions, menu items, and preparation methods
  • Assist guests with menu items in an informative, engaging, and helpful manner
  • Handle guest concerns swiftly and graciously, offering remarkable recovery and a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Be aware of guests #39; dietary restrictions and allergies, ensuring clear communication within the team
  • Provide personalized and elevated service in the Private Dining Room when scheduled
  • Stay informed about current promotions and loyalty program offerings
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages
  • Perform other duties as assigned
