Job Description

A service administrator is responsible for assisting the customers inquiries and concerns, recommending service alternatives, processing refunds, and escalating high-level complaints to the service manager for immediate resolution. Service administrators receive and process orders, take customers special instructions, and ensure that they get the highest customer satisfaction, generate more revenues, and improve the companys branding recognitionResponsibilities:

  • Manage service foreman, helpers and supervisors;
  • Meet goals for revenue, gross profits and net profitability of department;
  • Maintain organized data entry to ensure appointments are met in a timely manner;
  • Must have Advanced computer skills – MS Office / EXCEL;
  • Trained to be a back-up dispatcher – solid computer skills and great communication;
  • Dispatching/Support Dispatch and audit service tickets;
  • Schedule regular fleet maintenance;
  • Schedule contracts for technicians for future dates;
  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager;
  • Initial contact for customer resolution matters;
  • I-Pad Tablet/phone issuances for new technician starts;
  • Provide KPI’s (Performance Data) to managers and divisional managers;
  • Payroll oversight and corrections;
  • Verify Technician schedules;
  • Articulate and professional, patient and positive attitude.
Requirements:
  • Analytical and problem solving abilities;
  • Communication skills – communicate effectively with others;
  • The ability to follow up with customers, maintain positive relationships and CLOSE sales;
  • Valid Florida Driver’s License;
  • I-Pad Tablet/phone issuances for new technician starts;
  • Verify Technician schedules;
  • Payroll oversight and corrections;
  • Provide KPI’s (Performance Data) to managers and divisional managers;
  • Must have Advanced computer skills – MS Office / EXCEL;
  • Provide administrative support for the General Manager;

Job Type: SeasonalContract length: 7 monthsSalary: $55.65-$86.34 per hourBenefits:
