  • Being responsible for supervising our sites in a safe and efficient manner, to minimize the risk of injury, or damage to property or utilities by:
  • Working with the project team to coordinate and supervise the logistics of the concrete structure and site activities.
  • Managing schedule of daily activities and sub-trade interaction as well as PCL’s own craft workers
  • Working with the teams to ensure safe work procedures are understood and followed
  • Implementing PCLs safety programs.
  • Being able to intervene and understand the methods used to ensure a safe, productive, and quality project.
  • Representing PCL to the public in a manner that is consistent with corporate values and goals
What you will bring to the role;Skilled Construction Supervisor,A highly skilled supervisor with an extensive background in concrete structures in the ICI sector,Knowledge and experience in Concrete pump operations,Experience in concrete mixes and quantity take-offs.Experience working with Tower and Mobile cranes.Experience in leading a crew and trade interactionExperience with site logistics, tools, and equipmentOrganized and reliable.5 or more years of construction experience in field supervision in Institutional, Commercial, Industrial or Civil constructionThe role may be identified as a Supervisor or Shift Supervisor, depending on skills and experiences.Understanding and the ability to follow safe work procedures and lead accordingly.Experience working on large ICI projects for the general contactor.Health Care infrastructure experience is an asset.Benefits and Training with PCL
