The field recruiter plays a key role in finding, screening, and selecting high quality candidates to work for Modern Niagara in the field.This role will bring the opportunity to build lasting relationships, and to collaborate on methods and strategies in talent recruitment. Find innovative ways to attract, engage, and hire the top talent. Engage the local unions and attend union meetings. Arrange speaking opportunities at trade schools, supplier events, or other pertinent events that may benefit the recruitment process.This position is a full-time position.
