The primary goal is to build an engaged audience that drives measurable business results. You will be reporting directly to the VP of Marketing.Success Metrics: 30-60-90 Benchmarks + Monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)The success of this role will be measured by five key metrics:• Audience Growth: Achieve a 10% monthly increase in followers across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Youtube and Facebook.• Engagement Rate: Maintain an engagement rate of 4% or higher across all platforms.• User-Generated Content (UGC)amp; Influencer Impact: Increase UGC submissions by 25% quarterly and drive social media sales each month. • Community Managementamp; Brand Sentiment: Respond to 95%+ of inquiries/comments within 24 hours while maintaining a 95%+ positive sentiment score.• Trafficamp; Sales: Generate 10,000+ website visits per month and contribute to revenue growth through organic social strategies. Add shop category on our social pages so customers can easily shop.This role does not focus on paid advertising.
