At Live Nation Entertainment, our people embrace these.The Role:Work with our General Manager to build epic events at our Commodore BallrooFocus on event detailing, client relationship and event production.Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for aspects of planning and executing special events at The Commodore Ballroom with experiences as small as 300 up to 900.
  • Site visits, vendor procurement and collaborate with Sales Manager and Venue operations for successful event production
  • Coordinate banquet event orders, estimates, vendor details, final invoices, and payments with clients using LNC policies
  • Onsite event production and lead with Client and Venue operations
  • Utilize LNC policies and event systems i.e TripleSeat & AllSeated
  • Excellent organizational, professional communication, administrative, and multitasking skills
  • Minimum 24 hours required per week, event season 40-hour requirement and open to Show assistance
Minimum Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in an events role, portfolio of successful events
  • Experience in event planning and execution
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong time-management and ability to work under pressure
  • Team player and collaborator
  • Experience in a high-volume office with autonomy
  • COVID-19 vaccination will be required for this position subject to legally valid exemptions
