On behalf of our Public Sector Client, Ignite Technical Resources is recruiting for a Senior Business Analyst (Salesforce Implementation) to join our Client #39;s team on a Contract basis. This role is Remote and the Client is based in Vancouver, BC.Summary of the Role:The Senior Business Analyst will support a Core CRM implementation project and contribute to a broader enterprise CRM initiative. Working closely with stakeholders, the delivery team, and Salesforce experts, the successful candidate will help shape scalable solutions that meet organizational needs.Dutiesamp; Responsibilities:

• Elicit, document, and refine business and functional requirements for Salesforce implementations.
• Translate complex business processes into Salesforce features using standard capabilities.
• Develop user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria; support test planning and UAT.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure requirements are accurately delivered.
• Manage new Salesforce releases by conducting fit-gap analyses and implementation planning.
• Act as a liaison between functional and technical teams for interface and application changes.
• Analyze cross-platform institutional data and design solutions to address data quality issues.
• Provide subject matter expertise to support CRM strategic planning and business alignment.
• Lead testing and validation for custom or third-party software related to Salesforce solutions.

Core Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience delivering Salesforce implementation projects.
• Salesforce Business Analyst certification.
• Proven experience translating business needs into functional Salesforce solutions.
• Demonstrated capability in process mapping and documentation.
• Familiarity with test planning, UAT coordination, and change management support.

Desired Skillsamp; Experience:

• Experience in higher education or public sector environments.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Education Cloud or industry-specific solutions.
• Experience with complex enterprise systems and multi-system integrations.
• Knowledge of institutional data platforms such as SIS and Workday.
• Understanding of security, scalability, and integration requirements.

Terms: This is a 9-month contract position. The role is 100% remote with no onsite requirements, though the candidate must be available to work during Pacific Time hours.
