• Responding to client requests and onsite emergencies
• Face-to-face customer service to clients, public, and those working inside the building
• Ensuring the security of all personnel, visitors, and the public
• Inspectingamp; patrolling premises
• Monitoring property access
• Investigating and reporting suspicious behavior, incidents, and security breaches
• Enforcing client informed policies
• Communicating with law enforcement, emergency medical personnel, and fire departments
• Responding to alarms
• Other duties to be completed as assigned

Candidate Requirements:

• A Valid BC Security License
• Relevant experience in the security industry
• Ability to stand for long periods of timeamp; complete routine patrols
• Excellent customer service skillsamp; professional deportment
• Strong commitment to safetyamp; security
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Additional certifications are assets: AST, First Aid Certification, etc.

Location: No restrictions on commuting - the most suitable candidates are available to commute to Downtown Vancouver, Vancouver, Delta, Burnabyamp; the North Shore.
