Job Description

Full-TimeRoden Gray is looking for a full-time Store Ambassador for our Gastown location. We strive to create a personable and inclusive in-store shopping experience and are looking for someone eager to establish personal and long standing relationships with us and our clientele.Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain personal and professional relationships with clients.
  • Share new arrivals and updates with clientele via e-mail and social media.
  • Achieve and maintain personal sales targets.
  • Assist in Merchandising tasks, such as receiving shipments, photographing products to share on social media and general store and inventory upkeep.
  • Process and complete online orders and pickups.
Skills:
  • Personable and approachable customer service style.
  • Communicative team player.
  • Able to problem solve and and mitigate customer issues respectfully and efficiently.
  • Sales focused and driven.
Requirements:
  • College or University diploma in a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Associate or Personal Stylist.
  • Knowledge of luxury brands, from their history to the construction of the garments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
