About Leisure Center: Leisure Center is a boundary-pushing fashion concept store in Yaletown Vancouver, offering a modern-day definition of leisure time, specifically focusing on the following areas: fashion, art, music, books, homeware, cosmetics in a stylish space.About The Job: As the key person of the store management, you will lead and motivate the teams to sell goods, deliver world-class client experiences, and build loyal client relationships. You will be responsible for the flawless execution of Sales, Floor, Business and People Management in order to exceed daily business goals.Responsibilities:

  • The ability to lead the whole sales team to achieve the companys sales target.
  • Lead the team to sell products, deliver world-class experiences, and build loyal client relationships.
  • Create an optimal balance of sales and service by having the right people, in the right place at the right time.
  • Escalate the details across people, clients, product, space, risk and operations that enable an exceptional shopping experience.
  • Manage the day-to-day performance of the retail team in support of the business objectives.
