Job Description

Come join the largest commercial property managers in BC! Warrington PCI Management manages approximately 15 million sq. ft of office, retail, industrial, multi-family and marine properties throughout the Lower Mainland.We are looking for a temporary Strata Administrator to assist in the administration of ramping up two brand new Strata Towers at King George Hub. This position presents a unique entry-level opportunity for those looking to pursue a career in real estate. The contract term is expected to be May 17th to end of September, with potential extension.Primary PurposeWe are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our growing leasing team. The primary purpose of the Leasing Coordinator is to provide support to the leasing team in all aspects ranging from leading marketing initiatives to supporting leasing transactions and assisting in the budgeting process. Applicants for this position must possess strong organizational skills and be attentive to detail.Specific ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of this position will include, but not be limited to, the following:

  • Assist with coordination of tenant moves (in and out) of leased premises
  • Prepare welcome packages, tenant correspondences, notices and other documentation as may be required by the Property Manager
  • Process and distribute paperwork to relevant parties including Strata forms and documentation
  • Responsible for the collection, review and tracking of tenant insurance and other tenant-related documentation
  • File and organize documents for Property Managers
Other Responsibilities
  • Reception coverage as needed which includes answering and directing phone calls, greeting guests, couriering and mailing packages
  • Provide vacation coverage for other property administrators as may be required
  • Other duties and special projects as required by the Property Manager(s)
QualificationsTo be successful in the Strata Administrator position, an individual must be committed to developing, maintaining and demonstrating the following:Education and Experience
  • Working towards a degree or diploma in a related field, with a preference for commerce or business-related major with a specialization in Real Estate
  • Basic computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word)
  • An established track record of excellent customer service
