Job Description

Are you an experienced recruiter that is passionate about matching the right people with the right roles Would you love to be a part of a high-energy, fast-paced, and ever changing tech environment If so, this role might be for you!Job SummaryGeoComply is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to source and identify the top talent we need to achieve our ambitious goals with timely and high-quality hiring decisions. As a member of the Global HR Team, you’ll work closely with hiring managers to help find the right people, based on both skills and values, to join their teams across North America.Reporting to the HR Director, North America, you will be the expert in attracting, identifying and interviewing top talent. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will ensure a gold standard candidate experience, from the first impression of the job posting through to communication of the final outcome, regardless of whether or not it’s the right fit.You will work collaboratively with external recruitment agencies while building out a small team. You will also help to mature our recruitment processes and tools, improving SLAs, supporting Diversity & Inclusion and Campus Recruitment initiatives, and training your team and hiring managers on best practices.What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead and build out the North America talent acquisition function
  • Champion the full-cycle recruitment process, including writing job descriptions, posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews and assessments, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers
  • Lead interviews to help assess and select top talent that aligns with our values
  • Coach, train and advise hiring managers regarding policies, procedures and best practices
  • Create, maintain and report on various recruitment metrics
  • Utilize creative sourcing approaches to proactively build a top talent pool
  • Propose and implement ongoing improvements to our recruiting efforts
About You
  • You have over five years of recruitment experience, preferably in the tech industry
  • You are a strong communicator and influencer. Words flow easily when either writing or speaking, and your message comes across clear and persuasive
  • You are a leader. You lead yourself and others in the pursuit of excellence
  • You have an eye for identifying creative and leadership qualifications in candidates
  • You enjoy meeting new people and care about building genuine relationships
  • Your organizational skills are top-notch. You can juggle multiple priorities without dropping a ball
  • You’re adaptable and can adjust quickly to changing priorities
