You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, then own the recruitment process end-to-end for our HQ roles. This will range from Finance professionals, HR, Marketing, Supply Chain, Creative, Operations, Customer Service, and more (A ton of variety!).About our TA Team:

• Were currently almost 20 people, based across N. America, including 2 in Vietnam.
• Youll work on about 10 roles at any given time
• We live on Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn, Gsuite, and Pinpoint (our ATS)
• We are a highly collaborative and supportive team; we care about winning together.
• We are focused on increasing the overall talent density at Article while providing remarkable experiences for candidates and our hiring managers.

What Youll Do

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and prioritize your focus
• Select and screen applicants, manage candidates throughout the interview process, advise hiring managers, and assist with final offer negotiation
• Drive the interview process status and update records in the ATS
• Proactively source candidates via your network and sourcing tools
• Track and manage all recruitment metrics and provide reports
• Become a brand advocate, showcasing Article’s brand as a great place to work by embodying our guiding principles of Customer Obsession, Do it Differently, Ownership Mindset, and Win Together
• Help mature our recruitment practice, and continuously improve it

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

• 2-4 years experience as a recruiter, ideally including a mix of corporate and staffing firm or recruitment agency experience
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills with an ownership mindset to drive results
• Ability to be comfortable with the unknown in a rapidly growing and changing environment
• Good sense of humour, and the ability to bounce back when things don’t go as planned
• Positive vibe; you’re an ambassador for working at Article
• Desire to win together: we share, collaborate, challenge, and support each other
• Customer obsessed: our customers are candidates and hiring managers
• Ability to source passive candidates and convert them into active candidates
• Outgoing and enthusiastic with a passion for connecting with people and solving problems
• Desire to question, not only how can we do better, but how can we do remarkably better
• Ability to lead different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc)
• Experience consulting and coaching hiring managers
• Familiarity with modern recruitment technology and tools
