The role of Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to significantly impact the performance of the department. You understand a company’s greatest asset are the people who make up the team and you’re interested in building a robust database and recruiting top talent.Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, this position will be responsible for executing recruitment search mandates for all divisions and functions within the organization. This Talent Acquisition Specialist will be organized, entrepreneurial, and creative with the ability to utilize a variety of recruitment approaches. This hands-on position will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to identify top talent, build a strong employer brand, and ensure a great experience for both the candidate and internal hiring manager. You will find creative and unconventional ways to research and identify qualified candidates across various channels and enjoy the hunt in discovering elusive talent. You will partner with the Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers forging dynamic relationships across business units to generate talent insights and identify opportunities to improve our organization.This role is accountable for the identification, pre-screening, role alignment and tracking of high calibre candidates, utilising the full spectrum of sourcing and research methodologies including proactive outreach to candidates.
