My name is Jade, and I am the Talent Acquisition Manager here at Mejuri. I am responsible for leading the Retail Talent Acquisition team that services our Retail, Fulfillment Centre, and Customer Experience groups. This role in particular is incredibly close to me as I initially began my career in the Retail space and joined Mejuri in 2021 as the first Retail Talent Acquisition Specialist!The Role:Our Talent Acquisition team is growing and we are looking to add a Retail Recruiter to help lead Retail, Customer Experience, Fulfillment Centre and campus recruitment initiatives. Reporting directly to Jade Krenek, you will attract and secure top talent across our different channels ensuring that we are always delivering a "best in class" candidate experience. You are passionate about people and are motivated by a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will help develop recruitment strategies to ensure we always have a full talent pipeline while collaborating with Hiring Managers to anticipate current and future hiring needs.Responsibilities:

    • Source, screen, and interview candidates while creating influential candidate relationships at all levels
    • Draft job postings and place advertisements in the most effective digital space to attract qualified candidates for each role
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to effectively minimize the time required to fill open positions as they arise
    • Recommend new and innovative sources to recruit active and passive candidates, as well as understand and research the competitive landscape to source for top talent across the various markets in which we operate
    • Complete administration on our applicant tracking system (Lever); post open positions, process applicants, own candidate communication throughout the recruitment phases, close open requisitions, etc.
    • Collect and analyze data to maintain a current understanding of fair and competitive market salaries and demand for candidates in particular fields/geographies globally
    • Support special staffing projects and peak season hiring as needed (sale events, new store openings, etc)
    • Organize and attend job fairs, campus events, and other networking opportunities
    • Maintain and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across all global markets
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
    • Good understanding of sourcing and selection techniques in various markets
    • The ability to design and implement recruitment strategies
    • The ability to thrive when completing both autonomous and team-based tasks and projects
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Working knowledge of employment law and legislation across several global markets
    • Working knowledge of both LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking System(s)
    • The ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with discretion
