What Youll Be DoingAt Fresh Prep, every day may be different! While we are currently in “growth mode”, things are becoming more and more streamlined. This means that your first day may not look like your third or your tenth, but each day you will be doing some of the following:

• Working alongside a team of production team members and providing the best service possible to all our customers.
• Communicating with other departments about shortages and delays.
• Maintain organization of the production area.
• Assigning work orders to team members to ensure the team is meeting overall KPIs.
• Replenishing workstations with appropriate resources.
• Data entry of the work orders and associated tasks.
• Data entry of inventory.
• Maintaining FIFO.
• Scheduling team member breaks.
• Training and coaching of team members.
• Recommending systems and/or processes to help meet team KPIs.
• Completing accurate records of the quality assurance document (QA checks etc.)

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in food manufacturing, warehouse, or high-paced environment preferred.
• Able to work in a high-paced warehouse environment with strict deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a temperature-controlled environment. The warehouse is kept at between 0 to 10 degrees Celsius.
• Able to stand on your feet for 8-hour shifts.
• Ability to lift objects up to 30 lbs. (13 kgs).
