As the Technical Recruiter, you will source, attract, and hire top tech talent while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.   • Provide full-cycle recruitment for Information Systems roles including sourcing, screening, behavioural based interview support, reference and background checks, and offer of employment
  • Develop and maintain strong, trusting, working relationships with members of the HR team and other key business stakeholders throughout the organization
  • Implement robust recruitment strategies to support STEMCELL’s growth objectives
  • Manage the recruitment process and related activities using technology including HRIS System
  • Report on and respond to recruiting related KPIs and metrics to inform the business and to drive recruitment strategies and tactics
Knowledge and Qualifications
  • An undergraduate degree is preferred or equivalent experience with related training and education
  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment
