Job Description

Equivalent ExperienceDescription:The successful candidate will be accountable for delivering an exceptional customer support experience through different contact methods such as phone or messaging. You will be focusing on resolving the customers concern while respecting the customers time.

  • Answering inbound calls and following up with customers via outbound calling if needed
  • Working with wireline customers
  • Multitasking is crucial for success in this role
  • Good typing skills and the ability to navigate several tools and applications at once while speaking directly with customers.
  • The purpose of this is to provide first call resolution by resolving customer’s technical issues
  • Provide knowledgeable technical support and troubleshooting guidance with Network, Internet, Television and Digital Phone
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience through our Messaging and Phone Platforms while staying within our scope of support
  • Ability to work independently through a work from home environment
  • Accurately document customer interactions and escalate service issues. Fast paced environment, 5-10 seconds between calls. Calls vary in length and complexity 15-20 mins
  • Provide feedback to leadership teams to improve customer experience
