Also - move conversations to upselling contract add ons - ie faster internet, better cable package, etc. No commission in this role.Answering inbound 100%.May field some chat inquiriesMay field some email inquiriesFast paced environment, 5-10 seconds between calls. Calls vary in length and complexity typically 15-20 mins but could run up to an hour.
