We expect amazing things from every TTT family member and we drive each other to achieve greatness.About the Role – Unity Guru/InstructorWe’re looking for an experienced Unity Instructor to join our team. Someone who knows the satisfaction that comes from mentoring fellow team members to create a high-performing team. We’re looking for a charismatic technical lead/coach who knows what it takes to deliver Unity projects while ensuring everyone on their team is learning along the way. Excellent communication skills, passion, patience, a sense of humour, and an eye for detail are key.**Candidates must be based in Greater Vancouver Area (GVA).What you’ll be doing:

• Formulating curriculum, conducting trainings for in house Unity developers
• Working as technical lead for internal projects
• Driving technical direction and feature breakdown for your project with the help of a project manager
• Onboarding and training teammates by providing mentorship & coaching to the team members
• Provide support to the manager by helping with hiring, reviews & career path
• Establishing software development practices & tooling for the team and collaborating with other project team leads to standardize them.
• Following agile software development methodologies
• Participating in code reviews to ensure only high-quality software is committed.

Skills and qualifications

• Subject matter expertise with using Unity for game/AR/VR development and hands-on proficiency with the Unity ecosystem
• Experience in tutoring groups (5-10)
• Prior experience in leading software development teams from concept of the project to delivery with Unity and C#
• Strong understanding of all aspects of the software development lifecycle
• Good communicator with the ability to work with people who encourage collaboration, cultivate new and innovative ideas and interact directly with clients.
• Ability to find creative solutions to complex problems

• Experience with data modelling, handling, and visualization within an application
• Experience with cloud development, IoT, simulation, or machine learning
• Experience with ARFoundation, ARKit or ARCore
• Experience with game console development Nintendo, PlayStation, Xbox)
