Team Leader Role:The role of Client Care Specialist (CCS) Team Leader will support, lead and direct our client service team in a professional and engaging manner while recognizing the responsibilities involved in responding to client and co-worker questions. They are responsible for protocol development and training, team mentorship, performance management, providing administrative support to doctors and hospital staff, shaping the client experience, all the while leading by example by also working as a CCS. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for all client relations and customer support staff. They also maintain healthy relationships with retail and pet insurance reps, ensuring our staff, clients, and clinic may take advantage of any favorable opportunities available.The CCS TL maintains extensive knowledge of all the operating systems within the hospital, keeps up to date with new changes and softwares, then helps those around them adapt and learn said changes. Continually take on and delegate new projects within the hospital and ensure their ongoing success; for example: CCS training manuals and cheat sheets, staff incentive programs and challenges, and client contests. The CCS Team Leader will also work closely with the hospital’s leadership team to promote a positive hospital image while continuously evolving our team culture to become the veterinary employer of choice in our Vancouver market.The ideal candidate will have:
