Virtual Personal Shoppers are full commission and the rate of pay increases as specific sales volume targets are achieved. Virtual Personal Shoppers are expected to generate a minimum of $1MM per year and are on full commission which makes their earnings potential unlimited. Upon reaching higher volume targets, Virtual Personal Shoppers are equipped with additional rewards and support tools.Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:1.PRODUCT

  • Sell the entire store and wardrobe customers from head to toe, providing the highest quality shopping experience both online and in-store
  • Demonstrate product and style expertise, specifically how it will help satisfy the customer’s needs
  • In partnership with manager, maintain regular contact with the Buying and Sales and Service Teams to ensure customer needs are understood and the service experience remains relevant
2.CUSTOMER
  • Focus on customer development in-store, online and remotely to create a seamless customer journey, drive product discovery and conversion
  • Build a loyal and personal client base by constantly acquiring new customers, in new communities, developing existing clients, and retaining loyal clients
  • Clientele our online customers with the goal of increasing CUSP and building lasting relationships resulting in repeat visits
  • Increase market reach and diversify our customer geography
  • Maintain and regularly update customer profiles and information on Holt Renfrew systems • Exceed all sales and service goals and targets
3.EXPERIENCE
  • Offer elevated memorable experiences through expert style, fit advice and in-home or video appointments to curate custom looks
  • Offer styling expertise and assisted selling online, remotely and in-store enabling our customer to shop whenever and wherever they want
  • Create and maintain an omnichannel selling approach, by bringing human connection to eCommerce
  • Curate content through social platforms, live streams and master video appointments
4.DESTINATION
  • Attend all educational sessions offered including product knowledge, vendor, and Holt Renfrew seminars
  • Make regular visits into the store to understand product assortment and to relationship build
  • Create designated selling event spaces to maximize shoppable opportunities through live streaming, virtual assistance and social channels widening our customer reach • Facilitate pop-ups in remote markets
*Perform other duties, as assigned*The ideal candidate:
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets
  • Has established high value/high potential customer base with a minimum value of $1M in sales
  • Experience in previous digital selling roles or ability to influence digitally is highly considered
  • Proven in managing social media channels effectively to generate results
  • Knowledgeable of wardrobing and styling techniques
  • Expertise in establishing customer relationships which translate into sales; is empathetic
  • Skilled at the emotional aspects of a sale; connects with customers and leverages relationships
  • Is agile, adaptable and has a high appetite for learning
  • Able to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the customer that includes nights, weekend and holidays
  • Highly self-motivated and sufficient
  • Entrepreneurial, competitive, self-confident, and self-motivated
  • Highly collaborative; working with and through others in a team-oriented environment
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking with minimal supervision
Measures of Success:
  • Can build to and maintain $1M minimum in annual sales, with 80% of sales facilitated digitally through.com or social channels
  • A minimum 70% contribution of Own-Bought sales
  • Can maintain or increase Average Transaction Values (ATV) and Average Unit Per Transaction (UPT)
  • Increase cross-channel selling by 15% YOY
  • Achieve a minimum of 95% CSAT Score
  • Generate new customer acquisition opportunities and maintain growth of existing customer book
