With an ever-changing mix of new product, outstanding customer service and inspiring visuals, we love inspiring our customers every time they walk through our doors.PositionAs the National Visual Merchandising Coordinator, you will support everything from day-to-day operations through to semi-annual store re-designs. You will collaborate with the Head of Visuals on pre-season planning to align with Product and Marketing priorities. You will create a sense of discovery and inspiration within all of our locations partnering with in-store merchandisers. You will actively be mentoring the merchandising team in person and virtually. This is your opportunity to bring your experience and develop your skill set.    WHO are you · Ability with adapting to changes in a rapidly changing environment· Excellent communication skills and embraces teamwork· Brings enthusiasm and interests in keeping up with the latest trends, visual creativity to inspire· Extremely organized and strong in multi-tasking· Ability to work flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends and overnights when required· Ability to lift and climb ladders to perform work at elevated heights· Comfortable using tools such as hammer, drill, level etc.· Ability to patch walls and paint· Driver’s license and carJOB DESCRIPTION VISUAL STANDARDS AND VM TRAINING· Ensure that the brand is represented through the overall appearance of the store and that the visual presentation meets the company standards.· Continue to train team members on new launches, product knowledge, styling and visual maintenance of the store.· Share the arrivals placement on a weekly basis. Oversee the update of windows, mannequins and apparel/non apparel merchandising with newness and utilize guidelines based on floor set and LC/OC countFLOORSET EXECUTION· Create the VM floor set guidelines with the Head of Visual Merchandising: windows, mannequin styling, apparel and non-apparel· Share the guidelines with each in-store Visual Merchandiser and plan the store flip mapping with virtual meetingsMARKETING AND PROP MANAGEMENT· Maintain placement of signage throughout the store - permanent and/or seasonal signage in the store· Responsible for the care, organization and maintenance of display materials in-store - VM toolbox, Signage Bin, Signage Holders, VM PropsSTOCK MANAGEMENT· Ensure all backroom areas are clean and maintained, to include bathroom, office and associate break area.· Support shipment receiving and prepping product for placement.· Work with the team to ensure In-fills and replenishment are completed · Partner with management team to implement stockroom standards and procedures and communicate any stockroom concerns with a solution-based plan to Management TeamINVENTORY MANAGEMENT· Manage and perform stock transfers, damage outs, rotation lines· Balancing Inventory transfers execution and or coordination · Cycle counts execution and or coordination To get a feel for who we are – check out our Instagram: @thelatestscoop_  The Latest Scoop is an equal opportunity at will employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of age, race, religion, colour, disability, sex, sexual orientation or national origin.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From $50,000.00 per yearBenefits:
