Leveraging our design, manufacturing, and marketing expertise, we work with our partners to bring their product to life through our community-powered crowd-funding platform. Each product is given a window of 21 days to be funded by the community before we produce and ship to fans worldwide. We put our brand behind every product and guarantee quality and ethical sourcing. Were profitable, have grown the team from 3 to 60+ people in under 3 years, and were growing at an average annual growth rate of 400%+.What were looking forTo help us fulfil our ambitious growth goals, were looking for an exceptional operator to join us as a VP of Operations and be the right-hand person to the CEO. You will oversee the day to day operations of our design, manufacturing, people and operations teams. You will implement strong hiring and retention strategies and drive our culture forward in a remote environment.Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for our key initiatives
• Help us get organized around objective setting and keeping the company accountable amidst shifting market environments and strategy
• Build and maintain relationships with all department heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals
• Work with our finance department to ensure that we are driving toward our profitability goals
• Devise strategies to ensure growth of programs company-wide, identifying and implementing process improvements that will maximize output and minimize costs
• Create the documentation & processes necessary to make our operations clear, allow continuity and to remove single-point failures

What You Bring

• 8+ years of experience in an operations role with at least 2-5 years of high level ops experience
• Youre a high-level strategist, but youre not afraid to get into the nitty gritty when needed to fix operational problems
• In-depth knowledge of business functions including HR, finance, operations, technology, supply chain, etc.
• Youve scaled companies to the 100+ person mark
• Extensive knowledge in the eCommerce and Supply Chain industries
