Your mandate will result in unparalleled student-facing services tailored to the diverse student population throughout Yorkville University & Toronto Film School. You will be responsible for the planning, development, administration, and integrity of services and activities foundational to student services, engagement, and ultimately retention.You will ensure students are effectively and seamlessly guided through admissions to course selection, program advising, accommodations, support services, graduation, employment search and, where appropriate, Canadian residency. By providing thought leadership, collaborative engagement, and an articulated strategy, you will position our university as offering an end-to-end exemplary and rewarding student experience.Leading a diverse portfolio, currently encompassing, Counselling & Wellness, Career Services, Student Accommodations, and Student Life, you will be the principal strategic and administrative advisor to the President, as well as the Chief Operations Officer, on services and activities that shape the student experience.
