Job DescriptionThe CIMA+ offices in Western Canada are in the middle of a large growth trajectory. This means new, exciting complex projects that you will have the ability to shape and be a part of. We have an exciting opportunity for a?Water Project Manager?interested in joining and growing our infrastructure team. Working with other members of our team, you will champion the delivery of high-quality projects that meet or exceed client expectations and delivering planned profits. You will also be a strong safety proponent /leader for our safety policies and our culture of caring.? You will have the opportunity to take part in our hybrid work model that includes flexible work hours, working from home and in our?downtown?Vancouver, BC?office.? As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for:?

  • Project management and delivery of preliminary and detailed design for municipal water and wastewater servicing projects?
  • Managing, planning, organizing work with technical groups in the delivery of project deliverable requirements including scope, fee, schedule, quality, health and safety, risk management, and change management plans?
  • Tracking, controlling, and reporting on project performance?
  • Prepare and supervise engineering studies, environmental assessments, reports, calculations, plans and contract documents, cost estimates, and construction documents.?
  • Lead and assist in the pursuit of new projects, including the development of technical scope workplans, schedule, project team organization, and task-level budgets.?
  • Build relationships with existing and potential clients; liaise with clients, consultants, regulatory and utility agencies, project stakeholders and contractors.?
