Together, we’ll push boundaries and go above what’s expected of us to meet the challenges of tomorrow and engineer a better world!We are currently looking for a Water Resources EIT to support medium to large scale engineering and construction projects. This person will take responsibility for projects of a diverse nature and provide support for clients in the execution of their most ambitious undertakings. The right person will possess outstanding interpersonal and communication and writing skills. This a hybrid role that will be based out of our Vancouver office.Primary Responsibilities

  • Carrying out multidisciplinary coordination and follow-up with our clients in the realization of special large-scale projects
  • Ability to engage with field presence and good communication skills with construction personal
  • Working closely with Project Managers, Project Engineers and other professional staff on project coordination tasks including preparing engineering drawings and documents, reports and memos preparation, calculations, project scheduling, proposal preparation, client interaction, construction inspection, and quality control and assurance
  • Proactively contributing to the search for solutions aimed at maximizing the quality and performance of projects
  • Identifying and monitor issues that may affect budgets and timelines within established milestones
  • Liaise with clients, governments, regulatory authorities, and other project stakeholders to guide projects through the approval processes and effective information exchange
  • Perform a variety of cost/budget studies and research assignments, requiring analysis and interpretation of data.
  • Monitor progress and performance against established terms of reference and Work Plans.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and review contracts, Work Plans, reports, and documents. Obtain signoffs as required.
  • Manage the process of calls for tenders, awarding and negotiation of construction and professional services contracts
  • Assembling, and delivering construction contracts and professional scopes of work
