  • Direct and manage the video team with advanced content creators knowledge and skillsets
  • Grow Humbled Traders social media accounts strategically and drive traffic to the Trading Community
  • Actively monitor content analytics and optimize for future sales and growth opportunities
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and work collaboratively with all remote members
  • Develop a sustainable social media brand and generate sponsorship opportunities with a heavy emphasis on YouTube
Responsibilities:
  • Lead content idea generation, scheduling, and video project management
  • Actively digest content on various social media platforms like YouTube, Instagram and TikTok.
  • Monitor and interpret analytics from various social media platforms, especially YouTube
  • Conduct market & social media research and present regular reports
  • Provide performance analysis on posted content for future optimization
  • Extrapolate insights from past analytics in order to create actionable steps for future optimization
  • Lead content scheduling for both short-term (trending) and long-term (sustainable) contents
  • Work closely with videographer and editor to ensure a video project delivers its goals effectively
  • Manage and schedule all social media posts and uploads
  • Meeting quarterly social media performance KPIs
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to manage ads that promote the Trading Community
  • Hire and manage contractors for additional content initiatives if necessary.
Ideal candidate:
  • Someone who is analytical and has experience using data to solve problems and drive future solutions
  • Someone who has experience working with content creators or is a creator himself/herself.
  • Someone who has created videos on YouTube or has collaborated with YouTubers.
  • Someone who is a visual learn and a creative problem solver.
  • Someone who follows social media trends closely, including Youtube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook.
You should meet the following requirements:
  • Must have excellent written/spoken English
  • Legally allowed to work in British Columbia, Canada
  • College students in BC are welcome
  • Computer and decent internet connection are required
  • Must be able to follow standard procedures and complete day-to-day tasks accurately and timely
This is a remote position (work from home). Seeking a full-time content manager, but open to part-time as wellJob Types: Full-time, Part-timeSalary: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per yearSchedule:
  • Monday to Friday
