• Write, review, and maintain solid TypeScript + Node.js, working with MongoDB and MySQL databases.
• Develop, release, and maintain microservices for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with engineers and researchers to explore and integrate AI-driven solutions that enhance web and mobile application capabilities.
• Define and own key test metrics while advocating for best testing practices.
• Apply best practices and stay informed about emerging industry trends.
• Evaluate and recommend solutions, contributing to team decision-making processes.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of modern web development tools, public cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, OCI), and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CodePipeline, CircleCI).
• Collaborate within a cross-functional squad that includes disciplines like Design and Product Management.
• Participate in code reviews to improve coding standards and practices while delivering production-quality code.
• Display organizational skills to design, plan, prioritize, and drive technical projects to successful launch.
• Mentor team members, engage in pair programming, share insights, and support the growth of those around you.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience (self taught totally welcome!)
• Experience with Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, and AWS services (e.g., Lambda, SQS, S3).
• Experience with Micro Services Arch.,Event Driven Architecture (RabbitMQ, Kafka etc.), serverless Architecture.
• Experience with React/React Native.
• Prior experience with Ruby is a big plus.
• Strong experience in TDD and writing comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Experience with Amazon Cdk is a plus.
• Proven track record of developing scalable products.
• Experience in building batch processing jobs and distributed systems for large-scale data processing.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• A collaborative team player who is open to feedback, eager to learn, and confident in contributing ideas and expertise.
• A willingness to challenge the status quo constructively, with a determination to build exceptional software.
