EBC is actively seeking a Quality Manager in Campbell River, BC, where they will utilize their extensive knowledge to contribute to the continued success and growth of the organization. The Quality Manager will be responsible for the planning, leadership, coordination and management of QMS implementation on the project. This position reports to the Director of Quality.Under the direction of the Director of Quality, it is the Quality Manager #39;s responsibility for managing all aspects of the quality processes and programs and ensure the timely completion and meeting of expectations for all Quality-related projects and elements, while maintaining long-term stakeholder relationships and managing and mentoring junior quality staff and other team personnel.Key functions include involvement in regulatory QMS audits, review and update of the QMS, development and implementation of new Quality Process documents, management of KPIs, and lessons learned and best practices. The incumbent maintains a relentless focus on quality and continuous improvement with the vision of meeting and exceeding customer needs and expectations, and is highly proficient with the technical, leadership, and communication skills required to manage a complex QMS with autonomy.Essential Functions include:
