Financial Service Representatives are responsible for basic member and account administration and maintenance and must comply with Proceeds of Crime and Anti Money Laundering regulations (PCAML). The successful candidate must enjoy interacting with Members and the Community, be adaptable to a retail-selling environment, and love to pitch in and help those around them.As well, the candidate must be willing and able to proactively manage relationships with members in a positive, people centered manner, and a commitment to on-going education is a must. Finally, the successful candidate must have the ability to identify needs and opportunities, cross-sell additional products & services and proactively follow up on opportunities to close sales.We are looking for an individual who demonstrated effort towards pursuing a career in the Financial Service Representative and a commitment to learning skills and knowledge that are applicable to this role.Experience1 year: Financial Industry Experience1-3 years: Customer ServiceWhat’s in it for you
