Job Description

Pay Range:$12,200 - $15,686 CAD per month (over 50% tax-free)Contract Length: 26 weeks (option for 13 weeks) 3 Shifts per wk / 12 hr shifts – with option for Extra Shifts BonusTravel RN - ICU - Bakersfield, CAWhat we offer:

Requirements:
  • Active CRNA license with a minimum of 1.5 years of full-time Canadian RN experience.
  • Candidate must be a Canadian citizen
Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, patients, and families to create personalized care plans.
  • Monitor patients #39; conditions, detect changes, and respond appropriately to emergencies.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and document patient progress.
  • Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions and ongoing treatment plans.
  • Adapt to different healthcare settings and effectively integrate into new teams.
  • Follow all hospital policies, protocols, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • BLS and ACLS certifications and others based on specialties
  • Strong clinical and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to new environments.
  • Flexibility to travel and experience new cultures.
  • Must be willing to undergo a background check.
  • Provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination as per State Immunization Policy.
