JOB SUMMARYThe role will be responsible for inspecting, testing, repairing, installing, and modifying electrical components and systems for the Vassar production facility. WHEN YOU JOIN US, YOU WILL BE:

• Installing, maintaining and troubleshooting electrical, distribution and control equipment at the plant
• Working with computers, line drive and PLCs and other technical schematics
• Organizing work area, tools and parts
• Managing assigned work orders while complying with all safety rules, including lock, tag, and verify
• Working in a team setting with other maintenance personnel
• Working with minimal supervision in a fast-paced working environment
• One Localized point unique to your site.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Minimum of three years maintenance experience in a plant setting or associate degree in industrial electrical maintenance
• Red Seal Electrical Certification is required.
• Proficient in diagnosing and testing motors and motor control circuits.
• Experience with various instrumentation sensors and transmitters
• Must be able to work with computer-based maintenance software.
• Possess superior analytical and troubleshooting skills.
