Job Description

Overview:$18.50 / hour REQUIREMENT:

  • Candidates must be a minimum age of 18 year old
  • Candidates must be available to work Full-Time and have open availability. Ability to work Thursday, Fridaysevenings and weekends is manadatory.
  • Candidates must have valid Ontario Drivers License (G2 and up)

  • Open and close the front gate and phone room areas with the leadership team.
  • Coordinate with guests and departments to resolve guest issues.
  • Promote a positive environment for guests and associates.
  • Assist with ride accommodations program.
  • Motivate, mentor, and manage the performance of Guest Services Associates.
  • Ensure all guest phone calls/emails are answered effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Have other opportunities to learn and expand your knowledge.
